Ultraviolet Sterilization Units

Ultraviolet Sterilization system is the elimination method without any chemical structure only through UV-C rays. 

This device obtains a lamp which uses electric and when it reaches a certain heat, it provides mercury steam.  This chemical is ionized and turns to electrical canal and ultraviolet rays.

Standard Ultraviolet Lights have 2000-3000 Angstrom and deliver a 30,000 mw / cm2 wavelength.  Ultraviolet light system penetrates and destroys the harmful organism and DNA.

Ultraviolet lights are protected in quartz glass.  Water passes through quartz and the stainless still housing.

While water passes through the system, it exposes to high Ultraviolet Lights.  These lights destroy the harmful organism and DNA.

Ultraviolet lights pass through the microorganism and lower the UV effects.  In order to get the best quality hard materials have to be removed from water.  For this reason 5 micron or 1 micron filtration units are recommended to use. 

UV lights could be harmful for human beings so system is controlled with led.

Life of UV lamps is 8000-9000 hours.  This period may be followed by the Worldtreat brand UV chart.
